To ensure an immersive and enjoyable experience for all guests, please be respectful and considerate during your show.

The following are not permitted: disruptive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour; harassment or abusive conduct toward staff or other guests; failure to follow staff directions; or any unlawful activity.

Guests who violate this Code of Conduct may be removed from The Dome and are not entitled to a refund or compensation.

By purchasing a ticket and entering The Dome experience, you agree to abide by these guidelines and all staff directions.
